THOMPSON H. MORRIS, III

PRESIDENT

Thompson Morris has more than 20 years of experience in the credit card processing industry. He spent 11 of those years at Global Payments, formerly National Data Corporation (NDC), where, as Regional Director for the Northeast, he developed the corporation's largest national bank referral portfolio, managed major national accounts and sales force. Mr. Morris' success in growing the corporation's revenue led to Global Payments becoming one of the largest credit card processors in the U.S. and one of the leading recipients of referred merchants from the Independent Sales Organizations in the industry.  Based on the corporation's growth, Global Payments was able to go public on the New York Stock Exchange.  Also, Mr. Morris served on the governing committee of Global Payments' University, an internal, 16-level professional developmental program for employees. He also has 19 years of commercial banking experience, having served as Senior Vice-President of a major New York City bank, responsible for the bank's commercial lending division in Manhattan. He graduated from Pace University with a B.A. and M.B.A. in Finance.

DEBRA BUSH,

MANAGING PARTNER

Debra Bush has more than 20 years of experience in the credit card industry. During nearly a decade with Global Payments, Ms. Bush successfully over saw one of the company's largest sales and customer regions, as well as headed the team that was responsible for developing an automated merchant boarding process, one of the first in the industry.

KRISTOFER BUSH,

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Kristofer Bush has more than 20 years of sales and customer service experience, as well as running sales call centers and managing sales agents. His expertise in these areas has resulted in FDCC Processing experiencing less than a 2% attrition rate.

CAMILLE S. LINSON,

CORPORATE COUNSEL

Camille Linson has wide-ranging experience in corporate and commercial law, particularly in the fields of credit card industry regulation and security standards, information technology licensing, and internet law. Ms. Linson was admitted as an attorney in New York in 1996 and in England and Wales in 1999. She has served as counsel since the company's formation and has previously worked in Hong Kong, Thailand, Taiwan and Germany. Ms. Linson earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree (cum laude) from Harvard University and her Juris Doctor Degree from Vanderbilt School of Law.
